Zenji Reynolds MHA, R.T.(R)
President
Zenji Reynolds has been a member of the radiology profession since 1994. He started out as an x-ray tech is the air force before cross training to CT, after becoming proficient in CT he continued to advance in the field and cross-trained to MRI. After that he went back to school obtaining a master’s degree in healthcare administration and in 1999 received, his first director position. He is currently the CEO of Southwest Shoulder Elbow and Hand Center as well as the sitting President of the Arizona Society of Radiologic Technologist.

Nicole Berg RT(R)(CT)
Vice President 2025
She also represents Arizona as an Affiliate Delegate in the ASRT House of Delegates and serves as a mentor in both the ASRT SLDP and Professional Mentor Programs. Nicole currently works as a Computed Tomography Technologist at a Level I trauma center and is passionate about advancing the profession and inspiring the next generation of imaging professionals.

With nearly 16 years of healthcare experience, I transitioned into radiology to further my passion for advancing patient care. After completing the X-ray program at Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, I was selected for the ASRT Student Leadership Development Program, a pivotal step in my professional growth. Since January 2023, I have proudly served as Secretary of the Arizona Society of Radiologic Technologists, contributing to advocacy and professional development across the state. Currently, I work as a CT Technologist at a Level I trauma center, dedicated to excellence in imaging and innovation in patient care.

Tracy Rogers, M.Ed., RT(R)(M)

Tracy Rogers is the Director of the Radiologic Technology Program from which she proudly graduated in 2016. A dedicated mammographer and transformative leader, she is deeply committed to advancing the profession through education, service, and advocacy.
Tracy currently serves on the State of Arizona’s Advisory Committee and represents the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) as an Ambassador for Radiologic Technologist Advocacy. Her passion lies in fostering positive change and empowering technologists to elevate the standards of patient care and professional excellence.
